Iata vin si eu cu un topic al meu pe acest minunat forum. Colectionatul de jucarii vechi romanesti este o boala relativ noua a mea, care insa a prins o amploare obsesiva in ultimii 2-3 ani. Desigur nu ma pot compara nici pe departe cu marii colectionari ai Romaniei, insa putinele mele obiecte imi sunt dragi si au fost stranse cu multa pasiune si sacrificii.
Titlul topicului este o sintagma care apartine... altcuiva, de fapt. Postasem niste poze cu jucarii pe Facebook si am primit un comentariu de genul: "Bijuterii din pestera lui Ali Baba"!... Am ras deoarece mi s-a parut atat de sugestiv - este un loc in care numai eu am acces si unde imi gasesc linistea, adunand si admirand bunatati, una mai frumoasa ca alta!
Va ofer un tur al acestei pesteri si voua, dragi prieteni si va astept parerile, comentariile si criticile deopotriva! :)

Autobuzul mi-l amintesc, l-am avut si eu pe aceeasi culoare, dar nu sunt sigur ca busonul e original, parca era cu fluture (?) Usile si geamurile erau in relief... si da, roti duble pe spate! Tramvaiele aveau motoras, rar mai gasesti asa ceva, cu pantograful intact. ARO sunt foarte bine realizate, dar pur si simplu nu mi le amintesc din copilarie. Oradea facea jucarii destul de ok, n-ar strica o reeditare, ca la "Les Jouets" Solido... Frumoase amintiri!

Foarte tari. Aro-urile sunt bestiale. Altii nu au nici macar unul, si tu ai doua+ cutiile aferente.
Presimt eu ca acel loc al tau ( si numai al tau ) o sa ajunga o mica galaxie a jucariilor comuniste :P

Eu l-am avut pe bleu, semana cu cel din imaginea de mai jos (sursa Internet). Inchiderea capacului era cu fluture si se rupea destul de repede. Dar noua inchizatoare nu stirbeste cu nimic farmecul autobuzului.

Foarte tari jucariile...vad ca pe cutii e inca folia de sigiliu..sa inteleg ca inauntru mai ai cate un exemplar!?

De fapt, folia am pus-o eu ca sa protejez cutiile.
Aceste cutii sunt facute dintr-un carton de asa proasta calitate, ca muchiile se albesc imediat, colturile se rod instantaneu, jale!
Asa, stau protejate perfect.

M-ai spart cu asta :). N-am vazut-o in librarile noastre niciodata in cutie (se vindea la punga).

Este de fapt din lotul pentru export, am gasit-o intr-un depozit din Anglia, apartinand unui magazin de jucarii care a dat faliment in anii 70. Cisternele tot de acolo vin.
Romanasii exportau jucarii din greu in UK si le mergea minunat, aducand valuta in tara. Cu atat mai laudabil cu cat piata UK era foarte competitiva cu branduri precum Meccano, Dinky si altele, plus chinezesti, era greu si totusi prin calitatea jucariilor si imaginatia cu care erau facute, romanii au reusit. ONT-ul a fost si el exportat foarte mult, si multe multe altele. Cutiile jucariilor erau desigur in limba engleza.

Tin minte ca tatal meu, mi-a cumparat o farfurie zburatoare si avea acea piesa de pe elice, in cutie. Este adevarat, cunostea pe cineva in libraria de la Ozana, dar cred ca asa se vindea, in cutie, nu doar in punga de plastic.

Nu, nu sunt bomboane Cataline, e un fel de nisip mare colorat, de fapt e foarte greu de desfacut cifa aia, clar nu a fost gandita sa o scoti din loc prea usor!

O grenada aici baieti, se pare unicat in prezenta cutiei originale. O piesa adevarata, pe bune.
Practic, e completa, are piese pentru a construi un poligon si de a face toate miscarile specifice necesare: mers inainte, inapoi, parcari laterale, tot felul de chestii. M-am jucat cu ea, e dementiala, desi nu am avut asa ceva cand eram mic - parintii mei nu si-au putut permite asemenea jucarii scumpe, imi umple acum inima de bucurie.

Masina de formula 1 - CEM, 1978
Iata o masina de curse romaneasca fabricata la CEM in 1978 - se pare ca nimeni nu stie ce intreprindere a fost asta. Masinuta e sofisticata, cu multe piese, turnata in zamac, foarte grea pentru dimensiunile ei si sigla fabricii este imprimata atat pe cutie cat si pe sasiu. Roti de cauciuc si jante de plastic, suspensie fina, etc.
Nu am mai vazut asa ceva si sunt impresionat de ea. O adevarata piesa de colectie - reflecta spiritul Formulei 1 din acei ani, cu Fittipaldi, Niki Lauda si Nelson Piquet, ce vremuri.

Salut , Dacia papuc rosie am avut-o si eu cumparata de la magazinul de jucarii din orasul meu , in 89 sau 90 nu mai stiu exact .
Din pacate am pierdut-o prin pod si cred ca si acum acolo este dar intreaga cu siguranta nu mai e.
Producatorul e necunoscut . Sunt ca cele din anii 70 , care se vindeau la 3 lei.
Imi amintesc ca mai erau aro , dacia lastun, dacia 1310 berlina si dacia 1300 combi pe langa cea rosie pe care am reusit sa o cumpar ,
se vindeau intr-o cutiuta mica de carton .
Felicitari pentru ele , nu ma asteptam sa o mai gasesc vreodata la un colectionar (dacia papuc) .

Daca au si interior chiar regret ca nu am luat si eu un Oltcit de-asta cand am avut ocazia....

Da, foarte interesant ce spui ovidiu! Deci, mai erau un Lastun si Aro in serie. Cred ca astea incep sa devina "the Holy Grail", ce n-as da sa pun mana si pe acelea!...
Nicu, da au interior destul de detaliat, suspensii functionabile ca la Panharduri, sa nu-ti vina sa crezi! ::) ;D

Da remus , mai erau si acelea si din pacate nu am reusit sa le cumpar cand am avut ocazia .
Poate mai bine asa ca daca le cumparam ajungeau ca dacia papuc . :'(
De gasit cred ca nu ai sa le mai gasesti decat poate la vechituri prin piete .

Seria de 3 lei - I.M.P. "Tehnica Noua" Sibiu
Iata niste masinute care reprezinta probabil punctul central al colectiei mele de jucarii. Am inceput sa le strang de ceva ani, inca de cand colectionam machete R12. Pe atunci preturile erau mici, gen 10 ron pe o masinuta, si ele nu interesau pe nimeni. Eu le-am gasit intotdeauna foarte "colectionabile", cu un aer inocent si pozitiv, desi sunt facute brutal si din topor. Recent lumea le-a "regasit" si preturile la ele au explodat incredibil - eu insa ma felicit ca am reusit sa comasez un numar mare inainte sa dau faliment ca sa le iau...
Au aparut in anii 60 si au fost produse pana prin 80, posibil chiar si anii de inceput 90. S-au folosit in principal doua genuri de plastic la ele, unul mai moale si flexibil si unul dur si casabil, mai ales inspre final. Multe din ele au pete de alte culori pe ele, rezultand din necuratarea propice a containerelor la fabrica inainte sa le umple cu o noua culoare - d.p.m.v asta le face si mai delicioase!
Dincolo de paleta larga de culori in care au venit aceste masinute, gasesc interesanta diferenta de matrite folosite. In principal avem 2 la fiecare model de masinuta, insa la Dacia 1100 gasim chiar 5! Era clar prima masinuta produsa, si cei de la fabrica inca perfectau modelul.
In orice caz, va invit sa admirati ganganiile astea cu care ne-am garnisit cu totii copilaria!

Inclin sa cred ca cea verde este dintr-o o generatie mai noua - in general romanasii incercau sa economiseasca material la fabrica, de unde si ideea cu suporti de roti cu dinti care sprijina aceasta teorie:

Practic, avem 3 matrite: una pentru breakuri civile si doua pentru breakuri de Salvare - Salvarile vin cu numar sau fara numar de inmatriculare!

Si acum vin 3 alte matrite, toate extrem de rare daca nu unicat, care se caracterizeaza prin prezenta unor numere de inmatriculare, intre alte constraste de forma generala.
Matrita 3, cu numarul 1 SB 252 la spate, insa printat de-andoaselea... ;D Probabil o greseala a matritzerului, pentru care a fost sanctionat in campul muncii si pus sa isi faca autocritica...

Cred ca diferenta este din cauza matritelor care au fost facute : cerinta de masinute a fost mare si matrite putine si atunci a trebuit sa se faca alte matrite care din diferite motive nu au fost la fel ca primele . Sau le-au realizat "tuciurii' si au turnat si ei seria lor , ca de 'sa iasa banu ' !

Exista doua matrite la Mercedes, insa cu diferente infime. E mai degraba o diferenta intre generatii la astea, cu mult mai mult plastic la primele generatii si facute frumos, si mai mult o bataie de joc spre final - plastic subtire de tot, masinutele arata precum niste coji!

intrebarea mea la intrebarea ta este : unu ( oricine ) care colectioneaza ceva se gindeste la ce bani scoate in viitor sau se gindeste sa adune cit mai multe lucruri din ceea ce ii place lui sa colectioneze . eu unu zic , ca daca pornesti pe principiul ca , cumpar x lucru pt ca in x ani se majoreaza valoarea nu stiu daca te mai poti considera colectionar , poate gresesc dar asa cred eu .

Am avut onoarea sa am oaspeti de seama de la Bucuresti, domnii Cristian Dumitru AMJ (adica bossul de la Muzeul Jucariilor, mare somitate, etc, un baiat de aur) si fratele dansului Mihail Dumitru. Au stat la mine o saptamana si sper ca s-au simtit bine! Se pare ca da, mai ales in Pestera - acolo cred ca le-a placut cel mai mult...

Autocar ONT Carpati - Bucuria Copiilor '63-'64, Metaloglobus '64-anii '80
Daca e sa alegem jucaria-fanion a industriei romanesti pentru copii, avem clar un candidat redutabil: faimosul autocar "Oficiul National de Turism Carpati", cunoscut de noi toti ca "ONT". Este indubitabil cea mai celebra jucarie romaneasca, cu o productie indelungata si realizata in mai multe versiuni, insa pastrand o unitate conceptuala de design clara de-a lungul anilor. ONT-ul romanesc a fost si vedeta internationala, el fiind exportat cu succes in Europa, precum si prezentat in carti despre jucarii de peste hotare ca fiind jucaria reprezentativa venita din Romania. Productia acestui autocar a inceput in anul 1963 la fabrica Bucuria Copiilor din Bucuresti, pretul lui de vanzare fiind ridicat. O jucarie scumpa pe care nu orice familie putea sa si-o permita.

Trebuie spus din capul locului ca ONT-ul romanesc este o micuta capodopera in termeni de concept si calitate a manufacturii. Este o jucarie complexa cu multe subansamble, de la roti de cauciuc la tabla litogafiata, tabla nichelata, motor cu volanta, geamuri din plexi flexibil. Un set de ornamente nichelate se compune din 17 piese individuale. Aceste jucarii erau greu de ansamblat si multa munca intra in producerea lor in general.
ONT-urile erau facute sa dureze, piesa pe care o vedeti in imagini a iesit din fabrica in 1963 si dupa 50 de ani inca arata ca noua:

Se pare ca initial romanii au dorit un ONT cu directie reglabila, concepand un sasiu care sa permita acest lucru, insa nu se stie de ce ideea nu a mai fost pusa in practica - sasiul insa a ramas decupat "pentru eternitate":

In 1964 prin ordin de partid, fabrica Bucuria Copiilor a fost desfiintata si toata productia s-a mutat peste drum, la uzina Metaloglobus Bucuresti, impreuna cu primele prototipuri de ONT si stocurile de piese existente. Incepand din acel moment jucaria va evolua trecand prin cateva faze de design, in principal in zona rotilor dar si a litografiei generale.
Prima modificare a venit chiar la inceput, inginerii de la Metaloglobus schimband designul inital al anvelopelor, de la unul mai "soft", cu striatii si o forma generala de cauciuc mai redusa ca dimensiuni, la una mai generoasa, cu striatii mai proeminente. Capacele de roti au fost si ele supuse unor transformari - cele de la Bucuria Copiilor aveau forma tesita in interior, pe cand cele de la Metaloglobus erau drepte, cumva la acelasi nivel pe intreaga suprafata a capacelelor.
Cateva din ONT-urile produse de Metaloglobus erau un hibrid pentru ca prezentau roti cu capace drepte in stil Metaloglobus, insa montate pe anvelope "soft" de Bucuria Copiilor, asta pana cand stocul preluat de la Bucuria Copiilor a fost complet epuizat.

La inceputul anilor 70 ONT-ul a suferit o modificare in designul rotilor. Nu se stie de ce, dar s-a renuntat la capace - o explicatie ar fi ca ele cadeau destul de usor de pe anvelope, o alta ar fi dorinta de a face economie la materiale. Cel mai probabil insa, era dorinta producatorului Metaloglobus de a imprima logo-ul marcii undeva pe autobuz, lucru necesar exportului acestor jucarii. Pana la urma, rotile erau singurele elemente unde logo-ul putea fi aplicat pe autocar fara o operatie majora de schimbare a designului general.
Astfel, traditionalele capace de tabla ambutisata au fost inlocuite cu piese rotunde grele de zamac, care treceau prin anvelopa cu totul si intrau direct in ax. Pe fiecare roata acum logo-ul Metaloglobus apare clar marcat.

In anii 71-74 ONT-ul a plecat la export in Mare Britanie, intr-un design nou, cu culori vii si atragatoare. Culorile predominante erau acum galben cu albastru inchis, logo-ul ONT Carpati de sus la pavilion a fost inlocuit cu LONDON si scrisul in limba romana de pe fiecare latura a autobuzului "Oficiul National de Turism" a lasat locul cuvantului TURISTBUS, un cuvant englezesc. Logo-ul ONT Carpati a ramas insa, el fiind prezent la toate modele de ONT, indiferent de faza evolutiei lor. Partile de zamac ale rotilor au fost si ele acoperite de vopsea gri groasa, spre deosebire de ONT-urile autohtone ale caror roti nu beneficiau de asemenea "beauty treatment". Cutia a fost modificata si ea prezentand un scris in limba engleza, de asemeni cu mentiunea "Non Toxic", cerinta legala in UK la vremea respectiva.
Trebuie mentionat ca ONT-urile exportate in UK au prezentat un salt calitativ fata de cele autohtone, urmand tendinta generala a vremii de a oferi calitate exceptionala produselor romanesti pentru export vis-a-vis de cele similare pentru piata interna. Romanii stiau ca aceste ONT-uri vor trebui sa patrunda intr-o piata de jucarii saturata si extrem de dura precum cea britanica, dominata de jucatori importanti ai vremii precum Meccano, Dinky, Corgi, Hornby si multi altii. ONT-urile intrau in competitie directa cu autocarele de traditie japoneze precum si jucarii metalice similare de mare calitate venite din China. Pe una din cutiile de ONT London pe care le detin scrie si pretul, marcat cu creionul: £1.68. Am facut niste cercetari si am realizat ca aceasta suma s-ar traduce in aproximativ £30 in banii de azi - un pret mediu, as zice chiar ieftin pentru complexitatea jucariei. Insa nu trebuie uitat ca pretul stabilit atunci avea si menirea de a facilita accederea pe piata dura descrisa mai sus.
Pentru ONT-urile London inginerii romani au optat pentru o tabla fin mai groasa si mai ales pentru o vopsea extraordinar de elastica si calitativa. Chiar si in ziua de azi este foarte greu de gasit un ONT London care sa aibe zgarieturi, pur si simplu! Asta pentru ca vopseaua elastica de suprafata era aplicata pe un gen de grund "foundation" dur si incapatanat la orice abuz conferit jucariei, de la trantiri la alte "accidente" nefericite. Designul de interior a fost si el schimbat, panoul de comenzi al soferului fiind galben, fata de gri la ONT-urile autohtone.

ONT-ul LONDON a fost inclus si in cartea autorului italian Paolo Rampini "The Golden Book of Toycars 1900-1980". Este in mod clar o recunoastere a celebritatii atinse si de confirmare a calitatii productiei romanesti de jucarii pe piata mondiala. Paolo Rampini, actualmente un domn foarte in varsta, este un cunoscator si colectionar renumit pe plan mondial, colectia sa cuprinzand sute de jucarii reprezentative de pe mapamod. Unul din ONT-urile London pe care le detin mi-a parvenit chiar din colectia lui, ceea ce ma onoreaza in mod deosebit. Domnul Rampini in mod clar tinea la acest autobuz ONT si nu dorea sa il cedeze, pana cand din vorba in vorba a aflat ca sunt violonist, dansul marturisindu-mi ca la viata lui si el fusese pianist de concert. Ei poftim! Si astfel, ONT-ul lui a plecat spre... London! Ce bucurie.

O dovada a calitatii extraordinare a materialelor folosite la ONT-ul LONDON este reprezentata si in imaginile de mai jos. ONT-ul pe care il vedeti aici mi-a ajuns in colectie intr-o stare absolut jalnica. Statuse cel putin doi ani afara intr-o gradina, era indoit la mijloc (in mod sigur cineva se asezase pe el la un moment dat), ornamentele nichelate erau negre de rugina - rugina incepuse sa curga si pe vopsea. Intregul ONT avea o alta culoare practic, cauzata de interperii; in fata avea lipita pe vopsea si o guma de mestecat intarita de cel putin 30 de ani... Autobuzul a fost desfacut, indreptat, curatat si echipat cu ornamente renichelate. Insa, caroseria absolut deloc revopsita. O dovada a calitatii exceptionale a acestui produs: desi a trecut prin atatea incercari, autobuzul nu prezinta nici macar o zgarietura!
Urmele de pensula care se vad in poze sunt din fabrica. Orice ONT de orice fel, dupa ansamblare trecea printr-o sectie de retusare, unde eventualele imperfectiuni erau rectificate inainte sa primeasca CTC-ul.

...Anii '80, intunericul se instaureaza asupra Romaniei, cu intreaga penurie de materiale de care stim. ONT-ul nostru incepe sa sufere de asemeni, el devine din ce in ce mai slab calitativ, cu o tabla din ce in ce mai subtire si netratata, destinata ruginii in doar cativa ani. Din punct de vedere al designului ONT-ului i se mai aplica un ultim "facelift", un fel de cantec de lebada a intregii game precedente, astfel aparand varianta TURIST. In principal, rotile sunt punctul cel mai diferit, ele avand jantele de plastic. Anvelopele inca urmeaza profilul de design precedent insa foarte curand si acestea vor fi schimbate intr-o varianta cu talpa de rulare absolut dreapta.
Diferenta de culori se poate vedea din pozele de mai jos. Ce e insa cel mai important, calitatea per ansamblu a jucariei este acum mai slaba, gaurile de prindere ale ornamentelor nu mai sunt aliniate corect, avem de-a face cu un aer general de manufactura neingrijita.
Faptul ca aceste modele TURIST sunt atat de rare este de fapt consecinta nivelului lor slab calitativ; pur si simplu majoritatea au disparut mancate de rugina, un fel de proces de "self distruction". Foarte putine exemplare au mai supravietuit pana azi.

Calitatea finisajelor se poate vedea din poza de mai jos: nu mai interesa pe nimeni ca gaurile se stantau in caroserie intr-un mod complet nealiniat... Ornamentul nichelat nu are alta sansa decat sa fie pozitionat unde sunt gaurile date in caroserie... ::)

Si acum un cuvant despre exemplarul de TURIST pe care il vedeti in imagini. Acesta a fost restaurat, si e singurul in care am bagat nitzica vopsea, pastrand insa 70% din cea originala.
Practic, acest TURIST cred ca a fost pescuit dintr-un lac, ceva asa, era o ruginitura de nedescris. L-am cumparat si l-am trimis la Nicu de la Craiova, (de fapt nick aici pe forum) cu misiunea de a curata rugina in locurile afectate si revopsi pe puncte, pastrand cat mai mult vopseaua originala, care e foarte importanta, in ideea de a reda viata jucariei dar a-i si pastra cumva valoarea.
Nicu este un artist DESAVARSIT, a lucrat la el 15 luni... si cred ca m-a injurat din greu... ONT-ul era asa de ruginit incat Nicu m-a implorat in repetate randuri sa ii dau voie sa il revopseasca total, decat sa faca munca de chinez pe el, dar nu l-am lasat. Tabla era atat de ruginita si de slaba calitativ incat cand intrai cu acul in rugina facea gaura pur si simplu...
Dar dupa un efort supraomenesc, Nicu a reusit sa scoata la liman jucaria. Per total, a fost pastrata 70% din vopseaua originala! Nu m-as fi bagat la asa ceva daca nu era vorba de un ONT rar de tot...

Si o ultima sfortare... e reprezentata de aparitia ultimului model de ONT. Era plasticului s-a instalat ca sa ramana definitiv in anii 80, un material acum omniprezent de care nu vom scapa vreodata.
ONT-ul de plastic este practic complet restilizat, ultimul element comun cu cel precedent fiind sasiul. Pe undeva, gasesc ca acest ONT ar fi meritat un design mai bun si trebuie sa recunosc ca mi-a luat cateva secunde la inceput pana sa imi dau seama care este fata si care spatele... La cat talent au dovedit de-a lungul anilor creatorii romani de jucarii ar fi fost de asteptat un produs mai agreabil din punct de vedere stilistic. In schimb, ei au venit cu... ASTA:

Ca un cuvant de incheiere al acestui mic studiu despre ONT-uri. De multe ori auzim sintagma "obiect clasic", sau "film clasic", sau "e un clasic". Am multe jucarii in colectie insa numai cateva sunt cu adevarat clasice, adica valoarea lor estetica si emotionala depaseste perioada in care ele au fost create. Este autocarul ONT un clasic? Da, este fara urma de indoiala. De ce? Priviti poza de mai jos... Intre jucariile baiatului meu Lucian, una este speciala... Lucian al meu este un copil al vremii noastre, el traieste in era calculatoarelor si a internetului insa s-a atasat de o jucarie fabricata cand in scoli inca se folosea abacul si multe autoturisme porneau invartind la manivela.
Pentru ca desi a fost creat acum 4 decenii, batranul ONT inca are puterea sa faca un copilas din zilele noastre fericit. Clasic? Da, cu certitudine.

Exceptional articol, extrem de documentat si edificator pentru aceste jucării romanesti, demult apuse însă prezente încă in sufletul-colecttilor multora.

Cand am primit ONT-ul rosu m-am cam speriat... Ornamentele erau innegrite si rugina incepuse sa atace caroseria.

M-am decis sa il desfac si sa il pun la punct, ca sa opresc degradarea.
Sasiul era varza complet, rugina intrase din greu in tabla... Motorasul era cumva coxat, lipit pe sasiu de rugina, asa ceva nu am mai vazut:

Sasiul a fost curatat cu freza rotativa si dat cu primer pe interior.
Pe exterior, iata ce poate face o spalare buna si o ceara de protectie...

Foarte frumoase piese si felicitari efortului depus pentru salvarea lor. As fi curios cum s-a facut recromarea pieselor decorative, rezultatul e minunat.
